In this episode, Jon looks at a simple method to enable the brain to switch off from work in the evenings. This method is to create a task list the night before. You may have experienced getting home and suddenly remembering tasks for the next day which puts you into panic mode. You go to bed, work on your mind and can't switch off, then when you wake up and immediately think of work. You are in an anxious state and a rush to complete the task.
