Young adults entering the workforce experience many natural stressors. Add in a pandemic, and our fast-paced digital culture, it is understandable that many young people are facing a variety of mental health issues.
Today we are joined by Zdenka Goralikova who is a Gestalt trained psychotherapist who works with young adults to support them during life transitions and reduce the anxiety that many of them are facing. Zdenka shares valuable insight that will not only support our young adult audience but also those who have a young person in their life.
She provides many useful tips for productivity, like building your own calendar, starting your day with the task you are avoiding, and taking the breaks to regain focus. We also talk about the importance of being present, serving others, and how that supports your mental health.
