In this week's satsang, Swami Shankarananda celebrated the anniversary of the day his Guru, Baba Muktananda, received Shaktipat or spiritual awakening. In this talk, Swamiji shared Baba's teachings on Kundalini Shakti, kriyas (or movements of energy as a result of Shaktipat), overcoming desire, and knowing the Self.
