As Executive Director of Community Rowing, Bruce led the nation's largest rowing organization in realizing its mission of rowing for all. He helped drive the fundraising campaign for and construction of the Harry Parker Boathouse, oversaw the creation of the Institute for Rowing Leadership, and launched numerous inclusion initiatives including the very successful Let's Row Boston.
