Imagine living each day on repeat. It may come as a shock to some of you, but most people do exactly that.

It can make you feel trapped with no purpose, like a hamster on a wheel - running but going nowhere.

So how do you free yourself from this cycle? It is as easy as changing the way you think.

Christy had a dream 6 figure corporate job, but after 7 years, she found herself feeling like life had no meaning.

She craved purpose, but she didn’t know what that felt like, just that it didn’t feel like this. . . She decided to focus her attention so it could find her.

Everything changed on the night Christy began writing her first book. She wrote, not with the intention of becoming a New York Times Best Selling Author, but because she had a message that people needed to hear.

Christy went on to help thousands of people worldwide achieve their goals. She has also appeared on Today and The Morning Show, and her work has been featured in People Magazine, Seventeen, Woman’s Day, Hollywood Life, and Teen Vogue, among others.

Today, Christy is a Transformational Leader, Celebrity Coach, and the New York Times bestselling author of The Art of Having It All.

On this episode of the Rock Your Money, Rock Your Life podcast, Christy and I discuss how she became an expert in positive thinking, why words have a much bigger effect on your life than you think, and how anyone can make a change by simply watching what you think.
