Artist Cliff Cody picked up the guitar so he could pick up the ladies. Eventually, that same guitar got him out of Odessa, Texas, and landed him in Nashville, where he had songwriter dreams of making it big. Things didn't go as plan. He moves away from Nashville and becomes a full-time nurse to make ends meet, but that's not where his story ends. That's where it began. Cliff might not have "made it" in Nashville's traditional sense, but he's making it work for him. Cliff traded his nursing job to be a full-time performing artist.
