Thosewho know how to communicate

Communication is to shorten the cognitiondistances between the other person and “I”, rather than to impose our ownopinions on others and replace his minds forcibly. Everyone has his ownopinion.

Through communication we know about otherperson’s views and reasons. On the other hand, others also know our thought.

Communication has no prerequisites and nostipulations. It is equal, needed and necessary. When interacting with otherpeople, if we don't know how to communicate, many good ideas cannot becomprehended by others. And it's also hard for us to understand exactly whatother people mean, which will lead to misunderstandings between each other, andobstacles can also arise in the heart.

Communication is the ability to listen andspeak. The first thing is to learn to listen. Let go of all our preconceivedideas and just listen. If we don’t understand, ask more about it. We shouldnever guess casually. Never think our thoughts must be right. The aim ofspeaking is to let others know our thoughts, but not to impose our opinions onothers.

A good communicator is by no means aneloquent person with sharp words, but a person who can listen carefully,consider in other’s perspective, and good at finding out and praising others’merits.

沟通不是把自己的观点强加给别人，

来取代别人的看法，

而是为了缩短彼此之间认识的差距。

对同一件事情，

每个人都会有自己不同的看法，

通过沟通，才能知道别人的看法和理由，

反过来说，别人也才能够理解自己的思路。

沟通是没有前提、没有条件的，

是平等的，是需要的，是必要的。

在与人互动的过程中，

如果我们不会沟通，

自己很多很好的想法就不容易被别人领会，

我们也很难准确理解别人的意思，

就造成了彼此的误会，

内心当中也会产生障碍。

沟通就是听与说的能力，

首先要学会听，放下自己的成见去听，

不了解就多问，什么事情不要乱猜，

不要认为自己的理解一定就是对的；

说话的目的，是让别人了解自己的看法，

而不是要把自己的观点强加于人。

善于沟通的人，

绝不是言辞犀利、雄辩滔滔之人，

而是能耐心倾听、换位思考、

善于发现并赞叹他人优点的人。
