A brave heart

Life needs great aspirations, and personal growth requires the shouldering of responsibilities.

Only when we have faith and purpose can the seed of strength be planted in our hearts, which will become increasingly powerful as we keep on forging ahead.

The brave can always see paths, while the timid can only see walls. In face of difficulties, it is those who can solve problems and step up that are needed. In many teams, there are often more people talking instead of doing, more that find problems instead of solving them. However, the real backbone of a team are the ones that solve problems.Such minority are what we should strive to become no matter what others say. Be the person who gets things done instead of someone who just points out “this should be taken care of” or “that should be done”.

“One should step forward in face of difficult or major events, remain calm during good or bad times, stay graceful in the presence of favor or anger, be visionary whether the group moves forward or not.” It is at times when people usually feel wronged and challenged that the extraordinary stands out.

The meaning of life is closely linked to our aspirations. Without a purpose, it is hard to experience significance, so one would not take joy in doing anything; on the contrary, when we are willing to step up and shoulder responsibilities, we would feel the purpose of our actions and live with enthusiasm.

生命需要有大愿，成长需要有担当！一个人有了信仰，有了宗旨，内心才会有力量的源泉；然后，要通过不断去担当、历练，才能让心越来越坚强有力。

勇敢的人总能看到路，怯弱的人总是看到墙。有问题，需要的是能解决、能担当的人。许多团队，往往都是说话的人多，做事的人少；提问题的人多，解决问题的人少，后者才是真正的骨干。不管别人怎么说，自己要努力做这少部分的人。让自己成为解决问题的人，而不是总是说“该有人去管，该有人去做”的人。

“大事难事看担当，逆境顺境看襟度，临喜临怒看涵养，群行群止看识见。”一个出色的人，正是在平常人认为委屈、艰难的时候体现出他的非凡。

生活的意义，是与我们自己的心愿息息相关的。没有愿力，就很难感受到意义，做事情也没有味道；有愿力、有担当，就会明白自己行为的意义，活得很有力量。
