As I reflect on the energy I’m bringing into 2025, I can see how much my mindset and business have evolved. In this episode, I’m sharing a deeper look into my journey—balancing family life, transitioning my business to scalable programs, and letting go of the “push” culture I once embraced. With both of my kids now in school and a busier household schedule, I’ve leaned into intentional planning for clarity and balance, not just in life but in my work as well.
I also dive into the key shifts I’m making for exponential growth—streamlining my time, creating legacy content, and refining my messaging to focus on impact over effort. It’s about working smarter, not harder, and embracing rest and intuition as part of sustainable performance.
