In this 10 mins audio I describe how sexual response and sexuality may be dysfunctional if you have suffered any form of emotion trauma.
This is due to a disconnect with ourselves and our nervous system's adaptive responses.
I cover polyvagal theory and how it relates to sexual functioning, difficulties in conception, sexual development and relationships.
For sexual functioning to go well we need a balanced autonomic nervous system
in future session I will cover more about sexual identity.
