Over the last year, its fair to say that many of us have had to adjust to a new reality. Based on the experts projections, we may be looking at a lot more people affected by this as go into the colder months. The discussion I have been having with my own clients is worth sharing here with you. This may be as close to a heads up as we will get if things go into a further lockdown as they did earlier this year.
For those of you who ARE planning a move in the next 3-6 months and need to sell before you do, I am suggesting you would be wise to do so during the month of November 2020 if you wish to have the property sold (which can take 30-90 days) and closed so you can buy your next place fully funded.
