Hemal's professional career started as a financial consultant in which he spent much of his time traveling away from his family. Due to an unfortunate health circumstance with one of his children, Hemal realized that trading time for money was not what he envisioned for his family. Through that troubling experience, Hemal leveraged his strength of building companies and systems to launch his commercial real estate investing career.

Hemal: "I always have two mentors that I subscribe to. I invest in mentorships and masterminds. I read books, take breaks, and meditate.”

What have been some of the lasting lessons that you’ve learned throughout your journey so far?

Hemal: "You have to vet the people out. You still can have different types of people that you might not want to align with. Trust your gut instinct. Be very patient and be cautious.”
