After a bit more catching up, where the two hosts discuss Navy Seal training when it comes to developing an unbeatable mindset, Tricia answered a mindset question surrounding the concept of how our thoughts dictate our feelings. If you want to change how you feel, change how you think. She gave several strategies for doing so.
Gareth then took over the mic to answer Adam’s question about a hand he played blind versus blind. We break down each street of the hand and Gareth explains both the GTO solution as well as the more exploitative line. He really stressed that we need to account for population tendencies and not blindly follow the GTO solution that PIO spits out for us.
