Approximately 1BC, that’s one year before Covid.
I embarked on a journey of selfless acts and decided to raise money for charity.
Along the way I managed to interact with quite a few people from all walks of life.
The common theme being that we enjoyed exercise, and liked the idea of helping others.
So I decided to set up a group on Instagram called Plan Positive and invited anyone that appeared to run for anything further then a bus stop.
Every person that joined was completely selfless in their actions and one person was so infectious with her attitude to life and to being happy, that it was only fitting that I invited her on for a chat.
