Sandman Legal Services is the nation’s only law firm dedicated to the needs of medical expert witnesses and consultants. Its founder and principal, Dan Sandman, Esq was on the show in August and gave a super engaging interview with such useful information, that I had to have him back.

In the last interview, he gave an overview of the business of being a medical expert witness and in this episode, we get more granular. We talk about retainer agreements, which are the contracts between you and the law firm employing you. This has to come from you. We also talk about errors and omissions insurance, and we scratch the surface on advertising.

Dan has been a licensed attorney for nearly 20 years. For nearly 8 years, Dan led a leading medical expert witness and consulting agency, American Medical Forensic Specialists ("AMFS"), helming the company as President for 5 years, and seeing it successfully through 2 acquisitions, the pandemic and exponential growth. Dan started Sandman Legal Services in February of 2022 where he combines his legal expertise and medical expert witness industry knowledge in providing legal and consulting services to the medical expert witness community.
