Angela Schneider of www.bigwhitedogphotography.com is an adventure dog photographer who has decided to specialise in end-of-life dog portraits.
I always had a hunch that one of the biggest markets for pet photographers is clients with older dogs. Anyone who owns or has owned a dog understands how they are part of our families and how important it is to feature them in photos.
Angela has taken things to a new level and has become a certified grief coach.
She's launched a podcast — One Last Network, focussed on helping dog owners honour their dogs' lives before and after they pass.
In addition to her new projects, she's the photographer behind the business Big White Dog Photography, where she goes on adventures with dogs and their owners to capture their joy and bonds in the great outdoors.
In her business, she realised one-third of her clients were coming for end-of-life dog portraits. Which is how and why she's now taking the direction she is.
In this interview, learn how to specialise in end-of-life pet photography sessions for profit.
