Eighteen years old working at Taco Bell, Chris realized he didn't want to work for anyone else. So he launched two businesses, and along the way, he learned how to build a business bigger than himself. At first, he was scrappy and working 80 hours a week to make things work, then he started to develop core values, mission, and vision, and that's when things began to change. Seventeen years after launching Chris's business AZPRO has grown to over 90 team members. In addition to leading AZPRO, Chris is also a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide & EOS Implementer and works with Next Level Growth to help business leaders get more consistency, control, and freedom.
