Kristen Porter has more than 20 years of experience in legal compliance, risk management, government relations, and contract negotiation in the automotive, aerospace, appliance, real estate, and home automation industries. She has collaborated with members of Congress on language for federal legislation and prepared briefs for the U.S. Supreme Court. She has also examined commercial property titles and managed the implementation of an internet domain dispute system.

Kristen is currently with GHSP, Inc. as General Counsel. She serves as a strategic business partner to all functions of the company and brings collaborative experience with federal and state lawmakers and regulators.

In her free time, Kristen serves on the boards of directors for nonprofit organizations and is currently serving on an advisory board for a mental healthcare facility. She is also a registered yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and certified health and wellness coach.
