Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems in daily life and interferes with long-standing goals. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors include the avoider, the controller, the hyper achiever just to name a few. Occasional self-sabotage is pretty common, like saying something to your boss or your partner that was probably better left unsaid. But when self-sabotage becomes a pattern, it can interfere not only with your ability to perform at your best, but also in your ability to live a happy, fulfilling, and productive life. We welcome Joey RA. Joey is a Transformation Coach and Founder of Cambodia Coaching Institute. We discussed self-sabotaging in our lives. We dig deeper into how it works and the reason behind it. Understanding why this is happening and what goes on in your mind while it is happening. We dive deep into the pre and post effect of self-sabotaging then end the episode with tips and advice on how we can overcome our self-sabotaging behavior, freeing ourselves from doubt and gaining that self-confidence.
