Manage episode 326888313 series 2903971
How parents respond to their child lets them know how to navigate their surroundings and the people in them, safely. Parents are often on the receiving end of “expert advice”, and judgment, that often lends itself to confusion, stress, and anxiety. However, regardless of parenting choices, the research is clear, your relationship with your children is the foundation of everything.
So, how can be authentic in our roles as parents? What makes and breaks these different types of relationships? And, how do we create a feeling of safety, acceptance, and growth in our children? Tune into this episode as we dive into these questions and more.
