This is probably one of the longest recording I have ever done but I wanted to be transparent with you all it’s not always easy but this is my reality right now and I wanted to be honest and real with you this is for the ones that can relate if you can relate this probably is not the place for you just being honest. If your open and willing to listen then that’s great too because it shows you want to know more in regard to mental health look out for part two.
