During this month’s Parent Support Group meeting, the parents explore the different ways A Good Day can look and feel when parenting a child with substance use disorder or other mental health issues. The group connected via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic and includes mothers and fathers, some in recovery, married and not, with teenage to adult children. The parents are joined in this meeting by Caron Treatment Centers’ Harry Cunnane, co-author of the recently published UNDER OUR ROOF, A SON’S BATTLE FOR RECOVERY, A MOTHER’S BATTLE FOR HER SON.
