Transitioning from a career in Digital Marketing in the Fashion and Beauty sector, Kirsty found her true calling in the music world by completing a master’s in Music Business Management at the University of Westminster.

Kirsty's journey took an exciting turn as she joined Raw Power Management, a renowned company representing some of the best rock bands in the UK and beyond. It was here that her interests and passions evolved, shifting towards artist management and career development. She honed in on the crucial aspects of Mental Health and Duty of Care, recognizing the integral role managers play in nurturing and safeguarding developing artists.

With a diverse portfolio, Kirsty has contributed her expertise to multiple label and management companies, showcasing her versatility across various music genres. Currently serving as the Social Media Coordinator for the UK electronic-rock band Enter Shikari, Kirsty has proven her adaptability in the ever-evolving landscape of the music industry.

In 2020, Kirsty embarked on her own freelance management venture, weathering the challenges of an industry undergoing significant transformation. Through her freelance work, she has actively contributed to the development of artists, guiding them through the tumultuous shifts in the music landscape.

Passionate about fostering inclusivity and creating safe spaces for women, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ individuals within the music realm, Kirsty is not just a manager but an advocate for change. Her commitment extends beyond her professional pursuits as she endeavors to create opportunities and support others within the community.

As a LiVE Diversity Expert Panel Member, Saskhia's multifaceted role encompasses being a multi award-winning equality and diversity ambassador, researcher, public speaker, mentor, artist, and social change activist.

Saskhia is deeply committed to reshaping the music industry landscape, striving for improved representation, equity, and inclusion. Drawing on over a decade of experience in the music industry, she passionately educates and enlightens others about the issues and barriers faced by underrepresented groups. As a multi-racial trans woman who transitioned 12 years ago, Saskhia brings a unique perspective to her advocacy efforts.

In addition to her impactful work, Saskhia is a devoted parent of two children and is currently in the process of creating brand-new tracks set for release in 2024. Her commitment to academic excellence is evident as she prepares to undertake a PhD in gender equality in music, with a primary focus on trans and non-binary inclusion. She recently completed her MA in Music Marketing in 2021, building upon a musical education that began at the age of 8.
