Twins Today heads down to the lone star state in the first hour as we visit with Saturday’s Twins starter Randy Dobnak. Dobnak talks about adjustments he needs and is making on the mound as well as how pitchers will have to adapt with the league formally checking on foreign substances this upcoming week. Twins Assistant General Manager Jeremy Zoll is also with the team and he addressed how challenging the trade deadline will be as a result of most prospects not playing in 2020. We then get you ready for the upcoming homestand as Enquirer’s Reds beat writer Bobby Nightengale Jr. previews the Twins/Reds series. We also visit with former Red Pete Rose in an interesting conversation about sports gambling. We wrap up the program with Executive Director of ACES 4 Kids Christina Saunders as she talks about how the Twins & ACES are teaming up to help provide opportunities to kids while the Star Tribune’s Mike Rand closes out the program with analysis on how the Twins should be approaching the next month.
