Some people think spring is the only time you can sell a home. This is far from the truth.
We are answering one of the most common questions we get from sellers today. They want to know, “Should I list my home now or wait until spring?”
Don’t wait for spring to list your property. Statistically, buyers who are looking during the winter are more serious than buyers during other times of the year.
