With more and more females breaking into the world of entrepreneurship, there is one thing that becomes inevitable: more Mompreneurs. Women all around the world are breaking the mould more than ever, taking control of their lives and destiny through the vehicle of entrepreneurship.

Despite what people may think, mompreneurs don’t take their foot off the gas once they’ve had kids - many push even harder, as they know the livelihood of their kids depends on them.

LeShawnda Fitzgerald is a passionate mother of two, and creative entrepreneur who brings excellence and new vision in all pursuits.

She is a Master Teacher and through her innovativeness she founded Ready For Spanish, a program that enhances children knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.

She has created numerous educational materials for both Corporate America and many educational settings.

As a result of her great expertise in various subjects, she has hosted workshops and speaks regularly on topics related to education, entrepreneurship, motherhood and empowerment.
