Candice is an Instagram Coach and most recently has become a Brand Strategist with the Sell It Like Serhant Group, which is a HUGE endorsement to her skills. Candice is a licensed REALTOR(R) based out of Las Vegas Nevada, but she specifically focuses in on her niche which is coaching REALTORS(R) on how to build a brand and community utilizing Instagram. As a coach she runs a program called The Social Agent where she does a deep dive with her students on how to use all the different tools that are available on the platform. As we all know there is a lot that Instagram has to offer businesses, and learning the way to use the tools available will help you to maximize exposure and convert leads.

Candice doesn't just talk about IG though! She is a huge promoter of Social Media in general and preaches that the skills of building brand and community are completely transferable across any platform. One of the big take-a-ways from this interview was definitely the need to embrace video content. Video is the way of the future and any business or person who wants to grow the connection with their audience needs to build their comfort with going on CAMERA.
