In this message Ps Rod talks about how to experience fullness of joy in God's presence in these 3 points:

(Psalm 16:11 NIV) You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

(詩篇 16:11 JCB) 神は生きる喜びを教え、 永遠に共にいてくださるという 無上の喜びを経験させてくださいます。

(Galatians 5:22-23 NIV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, (23) gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

(ガラテヤ 5:22-23 JCB) しかし、聖霊が生活を支配してくださる時、私たちのうちに、次のような実を結びます。愛、喜び、平安、寛容、親切、善意、誠実、 (23) 柔和、自制です。そこには、律法に反するものは何もありません。

(Galatians 5:19-21 NIV) The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; (20) idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions (21) and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

(ガラテヤ 5:19-21 JCB) 生まれながらの悪い性質、つまり肉に従った結果がもたらすものは明らかです。すなわち、汚れた思い、好色、 (20) 偶像礼拝、心霊術、憎しみ、争い、怒り、利己心、不平、あら捜し、排他主義とそこから出て来るまちがった教え、 (21) ねたみ、人殺し、泥酔、遊興、そのような種類のものです。前にも言いましたが、もう一度言いましょう。そのような生活を続ける者は、一人として神の国を相続できません。

(Luke 5:3-5 NIV) He got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat. (4) When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” (5) Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.

(ルカ 5:3-5 JCB) 見ると、水ぎわの二そうの小舟のそばで、漁師たちが網を洗っています。イエスはそのうちの一そうに乗り込んで、持ち主のシモンに少しこぎ出してもらい、舟の中に座ったまま群衆に教えられました。 (4) 話が終わると、イエスはシモンに言われました。「さあ、もっと沖へこぎ出して、網をおろしてごらんなさい。」 (5)「でも先生。私たちは夜通し一生懸命働きましたが、雑魚一匹とれなかったのです。でも、せっかくのおことばですから、もう一度やってみましょう。」

2.The Power of Joy

喜びの力

(Luke 5:8-11 NIV) When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!” (9) For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken, (10) and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon’s partners. Then Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid; from now on you will fish for people.” (11) So they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed him.

(ルカ 5:8-11 JCB)シモン・ペテロは、あわててイエスの前にひれ伏し、「先生。どうぞ私みたいな者から離れてください。私は罪深い人間で、とてもおそばには寄れません」と叫びました。 (9) あまりの大漁に、ペテロも仲間たちも恐ろしくなったからです。 (10) 仲間には、ゼベダイの息子のヤコブとヨハネもいました。イエスはシモンに、「こわがることはありません。あなたは今からは人間をとる漁師になるのです」と言われました。(11) 岸へ上がると、彼らはすべてを捨てて、イエスに従いました。
