This program will discuss the criminal treatment of the citizens who protested the fraudulent 2020 election at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 and compare that treatment to Biblical principles and Constitutional requirements. Numerous citizens have been incarcerated and denied their Constitutional rights guaranteed by the Fifth (they were deprived of liberty and property without due process of law), Sixth (they were not accorded a speedy trial), and Eighth Amendments (they were denied bail and subjected to cruel and unusual punishment).
