Lybra S. Clemons is a seasoned diversity executive with more than fifteen years of professional experience managing a wide range of cross-cultural projects and strategic plans. She has an extensive background in building, creating, and implementing results-driven diversity strategic plans for corporations – as well as nonprofits, foundations, and government organizations.

Her most recent role was as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for PayPal. She is responsible for managing and overseeing all global diversity initiatives for the company -- including developing a framework and strategy for diversity talent analytics, engagement, and recruitment. Her work includes extensive engagement with senior leaders to administer and create diversity programs to address the needs of the business for diverse talent.
