In this episode, Jose has the honor of interviewing his good friend Matthew Maxey aka Deafinitely Dope. Matthew was born deaf but has become an icon in the deaf and in the translation/sign language community. He talks about how he struggled with his identity and being different from others because of the way he spoke. With his love for Hip-Hop, today, Matthew has shared the stage and has interpreted for some of Hip-Hop's most famous rappers such as Chance The Rapper, Waka Flocka, and Andy Mineo to name a few. He has also just recently partnered with the popular watch company Timex alongside Hip Hop icon Jadakiss to film a commercial on how "We Don't Stop!" AirBnB just also partnered with him to bring a higher level of awareness concerning the deaf community.
