After Texas has moved to .500 on the season with back-to-back losses to TCU and Oklahoma, it’s time to talk some hard truths regarding the state of the football program entering the second bye week on the schedule.

The Flagship also weighs in on the struggling scoring defense in Year 1 under DC Chris Ash, how alarming is the lack of the Texas run game and if the biggest disappointment is the lack of pass rush or something else for the Longhorns early in the season.
