How Do We Protect Our Vibe?
Well, a few ways. But often we can simply do the following...

  1. Use a White Rose. The white rose is a beautiful symbol of peace and serenity. Oftentimes, when we're not feeling peaceful in situations with another person, we simply share with them an energetic white rose using the gift of the imagination. It sends peace, hospitality and love to that person or situation and, generally speaking, there is an energetic shift that changes the way we see them and perhaps the way they see us. It's a beautiful way to raise the vibration of the situation and protect our energy instead of getting wrapped into minutiae (chaos) with that person.   2. Use a Red Rose. Red is seen as a symbol of protection. We can put a red rose in with the white to protect our energy and vice versa. Just like we don't want to receive negativity from others, we don't want to send out negative vibes either... no matter what our mood is. The red and white roses create an energetic barrier to protect one another from the minutiae in our ego field.
  3. Wear a Red Bracelet. Some people also like to wear a red bracelet for further protection. Red is also seen as a sacred symbol of kindness in some philosophies.


How Do We Get Out of the Worry Zone?
Remember! We are not our thoughts. We are not our worry. Use these simple tools to jump out of worry and into a higher vibration...

  1. "I Am Love" Mantra - It's simple, yet profound. Whether out loud or in your mind, simply say, "I am love." And repeat it again and again in a calm rhythmic manner or song. "I am love. I am love. I am love..... I am love. I am love. I am love...." The mood changes. The ideas soften. And the heart strengthens. "I am love. I am love. I am so very very love indeed :)." Try this for 5 minutes and notice your energy shift to a higher vibration.
  2. Turn on Music and Dance for a higher vibration... and get out of worry!
  3. Take a Seat and Do This - When we notice our thoughts are fully of worry (a chaotic vibration), just take a seat. Perhaps go into another room. Close your eyes and breathe. Imagine a beautiful light from Heaven coming down to the top of your head, then traveling to your forehead (3rd eye area), into your throat, then into your heart. Then it travels through your upper torso, your lower abdomen, then all the way down to the ground through your root chakra (perineum area). Imagine that beautiful light then raising its way back up through you all the way to the sky until you're surrounded by a beautiful sun. Pause. Breathe it in. Absorb it. With this practice, we realize that we are the light we were meant to be.
