Hello my friends and welcome to "Help, I Think I Got This" the podcast where we create a platform for people to share their stories with mental health on their own terms! This week I am joined by one of my followers, Sydney Madisen. Sydney started her mental health journey when she was only 12 years old so in this episode we talk all about what it's like to be so young and struggling with mental health, and how traumatizing it can be to be a child in a mental hospital.
