Most people think they truly understand how to workout and that all they need is some push-ups or squats, which once they perfect they are now a self-proclaimed personal trainer. This is far from the truth!
First, we all need to be conscious that exercise isn't all about running or lifting weights, but instead it is about moving the body in such a way that you optimize its output. This can be done in a variety of ways from, just concentrating on contractions to working in instable environments. All of this builds proprioception and helps bring movement to the conscious mind.
This little things can have impacts from athletes to seniors because once you understand your body it is easier to learn how to not get hurt and how important working out really is.
