In the recap section of the show we discussed Estevan Martinez vs Manny Vazquez on the Hudson Valley Grappling Invitational 3, and how to saw Estevan Martinez fight through submissions early to put on a pace and push offence late in the match. We talked about how he uses his hip positioning to leverage people off of him and turn his hips.
