We know, you’ve probably read/listened to this topic before. But Gil and Brenda get pretty raw and keep it real when discussing this one. This marriage killer is pretty common and with these action steps provided, you can steer clear of this.

When in conflict, do not use these words: “Me/ You/ I. We use this verbiage without even realizing how much it will help defenses go up. Studies show too, that your mind is closed to exploring new ideas and solutions.

Use We/ Us/ Our. How can WE fix this? What is best for OUR relationship? Just this little change will make all the difference! Your mind is open to new strategies and a collaborative solution. Keep your “us” strong and protected!
