Dylan Johnson is a professional cyclist and cycling coach with a huge following on youtube, where he makes videos using science-based evidence to help cyclists know what is fact and what is fiction.

He draws from his experience as a top-level ultra-endurance mountain and gravel racer, but more important than that he actually looks at the science and makes coaching decisions based on peer-reviewed research.
