1. Build a Business plan
2. Build the financial projection – make sure it’s clear and sound
3. Emotional and mental side – push yourself out of your comfort zone
4. Find something you can stay on top of from an organizational perspective – look into pm tools or etc. to hold you accountable
5. Be mindful of your mental health and take time for yourself. Celebrate your successes

Brianne is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, she is passionate about business leadership, entrepreneurship, business development and mental health advocacy. These passions lead Brianne to her 4 business: Consulting by. B., Cheer District, Institute of Sport & High Performance and CheerCore.
Brianne grows her experience and knowledge in sports physiology & competitive cheerleading, through becoming the Co-Founder of Cheer District and owner of CheerCore and COO of Institute of Sport & High Performance. Together with her business partners, Dr. Scott Christie, and Dr. Lauren Karatanevski, they are offering athletes and high performing individuals the tools they need to increase their performance metrics and reduce their risk of injury through science, technology, and professional instruction.
