Now you are in your sobriety and recovery journey and it is time to seize the day. What you desire for yourself is on the other side of risking your comfort zone.

Be specific, know what you want, and create a plan for making it happen. Living in the past and ruminating on what was then is not helping you in the now. Take the lesson from the past and use it today to create your best self now and toward you future.
