The Great Resignation has shaken up offices and shows no signs of slowing down, according to our Talent Retention Report. Here are a few notable statistics from the survey:
• 41.2% of workers voluntarily left their jobs in the past year (up from 31.4% a year ago)
• 37.6% of employers experienced significant turnover in the same time frame
• 29.5% of employers noticed a decline in employee engagement over the last year
