We had a great time on the show today with our guest Joe Reiki. We dive into what Joe has been up to and how he is improving his skills as a Reiki practitioner. Come and learn how he is on a path to become a Reiki master. Part of the conversation led us into how people can feel stuck. We discuss ways that people can get unstuck and feel great. Then we also dive into the realm of anger. That is a hard energy for us all to be in. We talk about ways that we can release that anger and come into alignment with the self that we each want to be.
