Another week of healing wildflower. This week's episode is a twofer, maybe a threefer! (is that a word?) A few topics blended together as we head into the holidays. Family. The void. Faith crisis v. awakening. Thoughts and feelings oh my! You have some decisions to make this time of year. Is your brain going off the rails as you brace yourself for family? Should you go? Should you not? Are you ready for a gathering with your mormon family or would some time off be best for you? This week I want to talk about what may be going on in your brain and in your heart as you head into potential family time.
