Casey Marks-Nash (Casey Marks) was the most dominant female competitors of the late 1990’s. Her instructor, Mike Bernardo, is one of the best Bo practitioners to ever compete.

Even as an adult, Casey is considered to be one of the best all around competitors of all time.
