Sam E. Greenberg, a Sexuality Researcher & Enneagram Coach, offer insights around the sexual habits for each of the nine Enneagram Types. Sam offers a wealth of knowledge about the potential sexual hangups for each Type as well as some practices we can incorporate to bring balance to these hangups. Sam is currently completing a PhD in psychology with research focused on how Type impacts patterns of sexual desire and expression so her insights are drawn from that research. In this first Part 1 episode, we explore Type 1 through Type 5 and we will explore the remaining Types as well as the Instincts’ impact on sexuality in the Part 2 episode to follow.
