We hope your employment rights are giving you some surety about expected workplace treatment and the protection of your rights. This is the least you should be able to expect.
In the third and final part of our equal pay mini-series, we look at what happens when you bring your equal pay case to tribunal. We look at what a comparator is and why your case can be won or lost if you are not comparing yourself to the right colleague. And, we also look at a current case that is going through tribunal for an equal pay claim, and why it has taken nine years just to win the right to have the pay claim heard.
