Emma is one of our outstanding tutors while is a student at Citrus College. The elements are easy to use: Phonogram cards, sound circles, plastic letters, white board for phonemic awareness drills, a phonics workbook, a writing workbook, Grammar tricks that the tutor teaches, AND our music App! When I first had a private practice in 2004, I trained college interns. I was also an adjunct at Azusa Pacific University, and the following year I began my Doctorate. Why lose these potential teachers to the supermarkets and restaurants? I wanted to give them a paid experience and stir up the gifts of teaching within them! Many of those interns received great jobs interacting with students.
