Muzaffar Hussain is the owner of Asmita India Ltd. And was the initial investor in the residential complex Asmita Gardens in Bucharest, Romania. In India, Mr. Hussain is a community builder, involved in real estate development, politics, supermarkets, education, health, charity work and in bio-farming with the purpose of creating a sustainable and integrated business model for the small farmers in his region.
Since 1985, ASMITA Group has become one of the premier developers in Mumbai. Twenty plus years later, they have a number of commercial and residential projects completed, besides building and managing several philanthropic and social institutions in Mira Road; a little known community twenty years ago, but now, a thriving township under an hour's drive from Mumbai's bustling domestic airport.
