Dr. Tara Kiran and Dr. Michelle Cohen share their analysis of the gender pay gap as it relates specifically to physicians. Dr. Michelle Cohen is a family doctor in Brighton, Ontario and is assistant professor in the department of family medicine at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Dr. Tara Kiran is a family doctor and researcher at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto and is vice-chair of quality and innovation at the department of family and community medicine at the University of Toronto.
