On Monday, intercounty travel resumed once more in what’s being called ‘The Big Reopening’. For some businesses, this means the domestic tourism industry has opened up early - despite the hospitality sector not due to reopen until June 2nd. One such business is Doolin Ferry - who employ 45 locals for the summer season in Doolin. The company missed out on celebrating their 50th anniversary during 2020 due to the outbreak of the pandemic.
